An extensive and compressive anchoring process which reduces construction period and construction cost by comprehensively performing a drilled hole-diameter extending step, a tension member inserting step and a compressing step after performing a drilling step when installing an anchor body on the soft ground, and an anchor body used in the process are provided. An extensive and compressive anchor body equipped with an elastic ring comprises: a cylindrical fixing body(10); a pressing nut(20) clamped to a male-screw pipe(11) formed on an upper end of the fixing body; and a front cover(30) clamped to a lower end of the fixing body, wherein grout material transferring grooves(12) are formed in a lattice form on an outer periphery of the fixing body, a plurality of diameter-extending vanes(13) are mounted on an upper portion of the fixing body by hinges such that the diameter-extending vanes are radially formed, a tension fixing plate(15) and wedge-inserting holes(15a) are formed on a lower end of the fixing body, and tension wedges(40) are inserted into the wedge-inserting holes.
