PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of a dust-free garment texture for performing simply and objectively selection for adopting newly the dust-free garment or evaluation when determining a disposal time by determining the degree of deterioration. SOLUTION: A foreign matter atmosphere chamber 2 is communicated with a measuring atmosphere chamber 3 through the dust-free garment texture 4 used as a sample, and the air in the foreign matter atmosphere chamber 2 is sucked from the measuring atmosphere chamber 3 through the dust-free garment texture 4 working as a filter, and the number of a particle size of an evaluation object is measured relative to a foreign matter in the air sucked into the measuring atmosphere chamber 3 through the dust-free garment texture 4, to thereby determine the particle shielding performance of the dust-free garment texture 4.
