PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting system having a simple construction without separately mounting a sorting mechanism for sorting an agricultural product, and capable of sorting and discharging the agricultural product at a low cost. SOLUTION: The sorting system 100 comprises a containing portion 11 of agricultural product A, a transfer device 20 for transfer a holding member 211, a measurement device 30 for measuring the inner properties of the agricultural product A and/or a detection device 40 for detecting agricultural chemical remaining in the agricultural product A, and a control device 50 for controlling the transfer device 20, wherein the measurement device 30 and/or the detection device 40 is mounted between the containing portion 11 and the transfer device 20, and the control device 50 controls the transfer device 20 so that any rank of a plurality of separation ranks is set as a removal rank, and when a measured value in the measurement device 30 and/or a detected value in the detecting device 40 does not satisfy the predetermined standard value, the agricultural product A in the holding member 211 is sorted and discharged as the removal rank.
