A convector in which heating element is arranged as foiled from both sides dielectric plate with parallel slits arranged in foil, with formation of electric heating conductors between those, holders of heating element are arranged as installed in housing as rotary-movable with respect to common axis of rotation, shaft of electric motor is kinematically connected to holder of heating element, and stator is installed in the housing as rotary-movable, with provision of possibility of mechanical power effect on switch of the system of automatic disconnection of electric heating conductor.
