The ceramic(s) porcelain plates (1) used for the heating element is a glass fiber fabric (2.3) having woven-in threads of carbon (2.2). Transverse to the carbon threads are metallic threads (2.1) which are woven-in at two facing sides. The ceramic(s) porcelain plate (3) can be additionally used as a heat emitting element for heating the area thus reducing the costs of the heating.
