PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage feed-through capacitor and a magnetron in which miniaturization can be achieved with the cost reduced and the reliability enhanced. SOLUTION: A capacitor section 10 has two split electrodes 12 and 13 on one surface and a common electrode 14 on the other surface wherein the common electrode 14 is mounted on a ground metal 20 and connected with the ground metal 20. Interior of the capacitor section 10 is filled with insulating resin 41. Through conductors 51 and 52 have rod-like conductor portions 511 and 521 which are connected with the split electrodes 12 and 13 while penetrating the capacitor section 10 and the ground metal 20. Insulating tubes 61 and 62 are applied to the rod-like conductor portions 511 and 521. Insulating covers 71 and 72 are applied to the rod-like conductor portions 511 and 521 and their one ends are continuous to one ends of the insulating tubes 61 and 62.
