A process for producing base boiled oil includes production of raffinate of 350-420 DEGREE C fraction, or raffinate of 420-500 DEGREE C fraction, or residual raffinate of above 500 DEGREE C fraction and its further processing by means of dewaxing in MEK-toluene solution and hydrofining in a stationary layer of catalyst. Hydrofining is carried out in a layer of aluminonickelmolybdenasilicate or aluminocobaltmolybdenasilicate catalyst.
