A battery management system is provided to measure a cell voltage stably by using more than two capacitors connected in parallel. In a battery management system connected to a battery composed of a plurality of battery cells in one pack, a first relay transfers a cell voltage of the battery cell in response to a first control signal. A charging part includes at least two capacitors connected in parallel, and stores the cell voltage transferred from the first relay into the capacitors. A second relay transfers the cell voltage stored in the charging part in response to a second control signal. An A/D converter(160) converts the cell voltage transferred through the second relay into digital data.
