PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately predict how much a specific person actually feels cold and heat in a period between the following day until few days later or at an outside location. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an input means 2 capable of inputting specific data including information on at least time and date or areas; a meteorological information database 3 in which meteorological data is accumulated; an information processing means 4 for computing both the amount of heat S accumulated in a human body and the amount of changeΔin accumulated heat through the use of both the specific data and the meteorological data; and an output means 5 for outputting the calculated amount of heat S accumulated in the human body and the calculated amount of changeΔin accumulated heat.
