<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic contract terminal transmitting an image displayed by a touch panel input-equipped display part of the automatic contract terminal to an upper device even when a control part cannot continue processing, e.g. when abnormality occurs in the control part, or when detecting abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device has: a display part 21 displaying a screen for performing guidance or the like of operation of a user by an instruction of the control part 28; a photographing part 22 photographing the image of the user or the like performing a transaction by a camera; and a data transmission/reception part 24 transmitting the image photographed by the photographing part 22 to the upper device. The automatic transaction device has an arithmetic means, a control means, and a storage means storing a control program, and is provided with a photographic control part 23 outputting an instruction to transmit the image photographed by the photographing part 22 to the upper device according to the control program.
