PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated absorption dose measurement method for measurement elements of spherical fluoroglass dose to be put in a living body, the measurement elements of spherical fluoroglass dose, and an instrument for integrated absorption dose measurement. SOLUTION: In this integrated absorption dose measurement method, measurement elements 3 of spherical fluoroglass dose are irradiated with a radiation; the measurement elements are mounted in semispheric hollows in a tabular support board 1 which has the semispheric hollows 13 corresponding to the shapes of semispheric parts of the measurement elements in one surface 12 thereof while another surface 14 is a flat surface; a layer-built set is formed by superposing a tabular cover 2 on the support board for carrying the measurement elements with the measurement elements interposed between the semispheric hollows, the tabular cover 2 having semispheric hollows 23 corresponding to the shapes of the semispheric parts of the measurement elements in one surface 22 thereof while another surface being a flat surface 24; and the layer-built set is irradiated with excitation light to measure fluorescence emitted therefrom.
