<p>This invention consists of constructing the stirrups in a way that the top horizontal bar is shaped with high and low sections so that the top longitudinal round bars are placed on the high sections and the top of the negative round bars are supported on the low sections. In this manner, the vertical branches of the stirrups are anchored on the top longitudinal round bars above the round bars that cover the negative moments, meeting the conditions imposed by the shear and tangential stress calculation.</p> |
