PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication module which enables electric connection with a poststage circuit board having many leads in a small space. SOLUTION: The module is equipped with at least one of a light emitting element (LD 10) and a light receiving element, an optical coupling means (optical fiber 61) which is optically coupled with the element, an electric circuit component (driver IC 20) which is connected to the element, and a multi-layered conductive medium (lead frames 41 and 42) on which those element, coupling means, and electric circuit component are mounted. Those conductive media are connected by a connector part 45 having the poststage circuit board 200 put in. |
