A lamp device for a street light is provided to facilitate replacement of lamps and prevent generation of humidity due to a temperature difference by completely enclosing the lamp device. A concave embedded groove is formed at a center of a housing(1). A hinge coupling hole is formed at one side of the housing. A hinge coupling shaft which is axis-coupled with the hinge coupling hole, is formed at one side of an open/close unit(4) which includes a through-hole at a center unit. A coupling unit(3) is formed at an inner upper side of the open/close unit. A hole is formed at a center of the coupling unit. A reflective plate(2) is formed at an inner upper side of the coupling unit. A lamp which is connected to one end of a socket, is implemented on the reflective plate. A transparent plate(5) is fixed at a lower portion of the open/close unit.
