摘要 A method of fabricating an electro-photographic photo-receptor is provided to produce the photo-receptor without printing hinderance caused by filler aggregation on etching pit generated on surface of an aluminum raw drum of the photo-receptor by applying a coating layer containing the filler to a cylindrical aluminum substrate of the photo-receptor. The photo-receptor is fabricated by: cutting surface of a cylindrical substrate; washing the cut surface with an aqueous washing agent; and coating the substrate with a coating layer containing filler. The aluminum substrate has Ni concentration of at least 50ppm. The filler contained in the coating layer is titanium oxide. The photo-receptor comprises a conductive base(1), an under coating layer(2), a photosensitive layer(3) and a protective layer. The photosensitive layer(3) has both of charge generating function and charge transferring function.
