<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic producing machine of mashed rice put on a chopstick, for saving energy of a forming mechanical part, and achieving to prevent mashed rice put on a chopstick as a product from breaking into pieces while cooking in a pot, to make burning unevenness allowing to obtain moderately rather hard palate feeling, to avoid distortion and deformation when extracting a stick, and to freely change the length of mashed rice put on a chopstick, and to provide technique in relation to the main parts of the automatic machine. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic producing machine (A) of the mashed rice put on a chopstick comprises a forming machine (a) of mashed rice put on a chopstick, a roasting part b, a stick extracting machine c, an automatic stick washing machine d and an automatic stick sending back machine e. The forming machine (a) of mashed rice put on a chopstick has a forming roll 12 whose rotational peripheral speed is the same as that of boiled rice 4, and a length changing part 34 of mashed rice F put on a chopstick on the forming roll 12. The roasting part b is set with a stick guide rail 42 on which recessed parts 43 are intermittently arranged. The stick extracting machine c is set with a stripping-off part 51 which interposes stripping-off force between a stick 6 and the mashed rice F on a chopstick to solve the adhesive force of both the stick and the mashed rice on a chopstick. The automatic stick washing machine d is composed of the group consisting of a soaking part d1 soaking the stick 6 in hot water, a steam washing part d2, a brushing d3, a rinse d4, an air blow part d5 and a part d6 of wiping with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
