EQUIPMENT VALUATION SYSTEM AND VALUATION METHOD THEREOF

An equipment valuation system and a valuation method thereof are provided to evaluate abnormality of the equipment used in a manufacturing process correctly by automatically updating interlock information with reflection of equipment state information. A sensing data storing part(20) generates sensing data generated from the equipment(10) in real-time. An interlock information corrector(22) corrects the interlock information corresponding to the equipment among the interlock information stored in an interlock storing part(24) based on the sensing data stored for a predetermined time after an event is generated in the equipment if an event signal for the equipment is received. An equipment evaluator(28) determines whether the equipment is normal or abnormal based on the corrected interlock information. An equipment controller(15) controls a process of the equipment. If a PM(Preventive Maintenance) event and/or a BM(Breakdown Maintenance) event are generated from the equipment, the equipment controller provides the event signal to the interlock corrector.
