A sample fixing jig for fabricating an arc ion plating super hard coating film is provided to elastically support edges of a sample and improve stability of the sample, thereby preventing the sample from being released during working by adopting a construction of a detachable fixture ring to fix multiple samples and fixture hooks having insertion holes coupled with the ring. The jig(1) comprises: a vertical main body(11); at least two fixture hooks(12) which are horizontally fixed to the main body and bent to form insertion grooves(13); a detachable fixture ring(21) which is detachably fitted into the insertion grooves of the fixture hooks; and V-shaped wire springs(22) which is fixed to the fixture ring and to which each edge of a sample is attached and detached. The main body has hollow inner space and is formed of a pipe having circular or polygonal cross section in horizontal direction. Top and bottom end faces of the main body are tapered.
