PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong and highly safe soundproof panel with a very simple construction. SOLUTION: This is a soundproofing panel 10 fixed to an edge 20 attached to the circumference Pe of a panel P, and fixed at a corner C of the panel P with a corner piece 50. The edge 20 has a grooved frame 30 provided with a groove opening 31. At a rear face Pr of the panel 10, a square tube-shaped reinforcement frame 40 is formed with a groove plate 42, an inner circumferential plate 43, an external circumferential plate 44 and a rear plate 45 assembled together. The rear plate 45 is used to attach the reinforcement frame 40 to the panel by means of an installation member S1 penetrating the reinforcement frame 40. The corner piece 50 is a molded product nearly L-shaped in plan, is installed on the edge corner, and comprises an installation plate 51 that is combined with the external circumferential plate of the edge to install an installation component S2 to the edge, and an external frame 56 extending rearward from the installation plate through an external circumferential protrusion 55 the two components are integrally united.
