摘要 FIELD: treatment of articles with volatile solvents; cleaning, degreasing, testing and monitoring operations. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has hermetic working chamber connected with solvent delivery and drainage systems by means of mains, vacuum pump for evacuation of chamber and working cavities, evaporator, solvent vapor evacuation-recuperation and condensation unit. Mounted in way of flow of vapor-and-air mixture of evacuation-recuperation unit are: vacuum mechanical pump, compressor and condensate accumulator connected with air pump and compressor cases. Mounted at vapor condenser outlet is solvent vapor filter-absorber. Inlet of evacuation-recuperation unit is connected with working chamber and with all components of plant by means of mains and its outlet is connected with solvent regeneration system Working parameters of plant are determined from the following ratio depending on required efficiency of entrapping the solvent vapors: where E is efficiency of entrapping the solvent vapors, rel.units; Mo is total amount of solvent vapors in working chamber after draining liquid phase, kg; My is amount of solvent vapors entrapped in system for return for technological use, kg; k is relative fraction of solvent vapors remaining in working chamber during evacuation, relative units; rho(ts.v.) is density of solvent in working chamber at temperature of technological process tt.pr., kg/m3; rhorem. is density of solvent vapors remaining in working chamber during evacuation, kg/m3; (tcool) is density of solvent vapors at cooling temperature in condenser tcool, kg/m3; is degree of compression of vapor-and-gas mixture in condenser, rel.units, where Vch., Vcond. are respectively free volumes of working chamber and condenser, m3; Pex. is excessive pressure of air in condenser after transfer and condensation of solvent vapors, kgf/cm2; Patm. is atmospheric pressure of ambient air, kgf/cm2; Psiy is coefficient of entrapping solvent vapors by filter-absorber, rel.
