<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a castable composition having nonslumping property, a high density and a low water content, and its application method, in which the amount of calcium aluminate cement to be used as a binding agent is suppressed to the minimum, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics at a high temperature, such as the high-temperature strength. <P>SOLUTION: The bond castable composition having nonslumping property with a minimum amount of cement comprises: a first component capable of being pressure-fed which is prepared by kneading 100 wt.% solid portion consisting of calcium aluminate cement in such an amount that the amount of a calcia component contained in the calcium aluminate cement is 0.2-1 wt.% relative to 100 wt.% of the solid portion, 6-15 wt.% in total of clay and silicic acid fine particles, 0.01-0.5 wt.% of a deflocculant, and the balanced amount of refractory aggregate and a fine powder, and water in an amount necessary to achieve a consistency permitting the press-feeding by a pump; and a second component of a flocculant which is added to the first component at the time of application.
