<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness by providing a command input environment according to a using state. <P>SOLUTION: When a command is input via a command input section 2, execution nonrestrictive mode in which an input support image is displayed on a display section 4 and processing is not restricted, or execution restrictive mode in which an input support image is not displayed on the display section 4 and processing is restricted is set, at least one command of commands assigned to the command input section 2 is changed according to the setting. Therefore, in the execution nonrestrictive mode, various commands are input using the command input section 2 and the input support image. In the execution restrictive mode, the commands are input using only the command input section 2 especially without utilizing the input support image in response to the restriction of processing and change of the commands assigned to the command input section 2.
