PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide durable hole injection materials having improved hole injection and transporting ability, and to provide organic EL elements having improved stability when using the hole injection material repeatedly. SOLUTION: The materials for organic EL elements are expressed by an expression 1. In the expression, R1-R6is each alkyl, aryl, or a heterocyclic, having unsubstituted or substituted groups independently. R7-R22is each alkyl, alkoxyl, aryl, aryloxy, alkylthio, and arylthio having a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, and an unsubstituted or substituted group independently.
