A robot handling gripper is provided to adjust a grip position of the gripper to load and unload various sizes of crankshafts. A robot handling gripper comprises a frame(11), a pair of spline shafts(12), a stationary gripper(14), a movable gripper(15), a servo-motor(16), a ball screw(17), an air cylinder, a crank link, and a link. The frame has the pair of spline shafts parallelly aligned to each other. The stationary gripper has a jaw and is installed at the frame. The movable gripper has a jaw and is installed at the frame. The servo-motor drives the movable gripper. The ball screw is driven by the motor to reciprocate the spline shafts. The air cylinder and the crank link rotate the spline shafts in one radial direction by using one jaw. The link grips a crankshaft by using another jaw. The frame has a cooling water circulation pipe(21) to circulate cooling water.
