PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight and well-portable excreta-retrieving implement with an inexpensive retrieving container, easy to attach/detach and disposable, and capable of retrieving excreta without staining hands therewith. SOLUTION: The excreta-retrieving implement has the following construction and mechanism: The respective tips of left and right arms 40 having openable structure are equipped with cylindrical parts 20 for supporting retrieving bags 30, which are penetrated inside. At the outside of each of the parts 20, the bag 30 is folded back at its opening by a predetermined width and fastened with a fixing element. Thus, because of the inlet of the bag 30 for excreta 90 is covered with part of the bag 30, excreta can be retrieved hygienically by mere opening/closing operation of the arms 40 without staining the cylindrical parts 20 to be used repeatedly. Furthermore, because the inexpensive retrieving bags 30 are made usable as disposable parts, the retrieving bags 30 can be discarded as a whole after excreta is retrieved, thus enabling hygienic disposal to the last minute and being highly economical as well.
