RESIN SHEET AND RESIN-METAL JOINT SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet material having a combination of excellent vibration-damping tendency with high thermal conductivity, and to provide such a resin-metal joint sheet that the above resin sheet material and a metallic plate are joined each other. SOLUTION: The resin sheet is such as to be obtained by forming a wet paper-like form comprising thermally conductive fibers and a rubbery resin. The porosity of the resin sheet is 30% or less.
