PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a probe capable of mass-producing a probe stable in dispensing precision and quality, good in liquid cutting-off properties and hard to cause carry-over. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the probe having a dispensing hole for sucking a liquid and discharging the same includes: a molding process for molding a taper part becoming fine toward its leading end to one end of a pipe by drawing processing; shaping process for shaping the hole provided to the end of the taper part; and a polishing process for grinding the outer periphery of the taper part to polish the same.
