PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitting circuit in which deterioration in characteristic impedance can be prevented even if a capacitive element is used for countermeasures against ESD. SOLUTION: First and second inductors 11 and 12 are magnetically coupled to each other. Third and fourth inductors 21 and 22 are also magnetically coupled to each other. A first varistor 31 is positioned on post-stage of the first inductor 11, and electrically connected to the inductors 11 and 21 in parallel. The third inductor 21 is positioned between the first inductor 11 and the first varistor 31, and electrically connected to the first inductor 11 in series. A second varistor 32 is positioned on post-stage of the second inductor 12, and electrically connected to the second inductor 12 in parallel.
