PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving smoothness and workability of a coating film, by preventing a distortion of a film in a forming method of a paint applied film of a film and a substrate. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a paint applied substrate, by using a print roller having a paint applying part formed or not formed on a part of the outer peripheral surface of a roller so as to be projected or depressed therefrom, or a moving roller and an applying roller having a paint applying part formed or not formed on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the roller so as to be projected or depressed therefrom, paint of the paint applying part is applied to a part or an overall surface of a running film or substrate on a single piece of or continuous print wiring substrate (referred to as "substrate" hereafter), and this film is pasted to the substrate when applied paint is in a semi-dried state, or the film is pasted to the substrate from an upper part of the paint.
