PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution of a rotary capper by dispensing with a rotary connector in a rotary body. SOLUTION: The rotary capper 1 suitable as a rotary vessel processing system has the rotary body 5 rotatably arranged on a column 22, and a plurality of capping heads 7 are arranged in this rotary body 5. An inside controller 33 and a radio unit 33A are arranged in the rotary body 5. A generator body 36A of a generator 36 is also connected to a second support member 18 of the rotary body 5, and a gear 46 fitted to a rotary shaft 36B of the generator 36 is meshed with a sun gear 41 on the column 22 side. When rotating the rotary body 5, electric power is generated by rotating the rotary shaft 36B of the generator 36 via both gears 41 and 46, and its electric power is supplied to the inside controller 33 and the radio unit 33A via a power supply means 37.
