PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the burden of attachment or detachment of a fishline or a terminal tackle when protecting a fishing rod or when starting fishing or when storing the fishing rod. SOLUTION: A sheet-like foamed rubber is combined with a fabric and these components are joined in a bag-like shape and a storage space is formed on the inside. A shortly shrunk fishing rod is stored in a state in which a fishline and a terminal tackle are attached to the rod tip and the fishline and the terminal tackle are wound around an exposed foamed rubber and they are similarly also wound around a fishing rod-storing case.
