PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up brush with an operation body of a simple structure by which the operation body can be easily assembled to a brush body and the moving operation of the operation body can be smoothly done. SOLUTION: The brush body having brush bristles at the front end side is accommodated in an accommodating cylinder body, a slot is formed in a longitudinal direction of the accommodating cylinder body, and a front engaging hole portion and a rear engaging hole portion are arrange at both end sides of the slot. A regulating section abutting on the opening fringe portion of the slot and regulating the movement of the operation body in an outward projecting direction is provided in the inside of the engaging portion of the operation body, and a taper portion gradually tapered from the regulating portion is provided on the inside of the regulating portion of the operation body for making it possible to forcibly insert the regulating portion side of the operation body into the accommodating cylinder body from the outside of the operation body through the slot by enlarging and opening the slot by the elastic deformation of the accommodating cylinder body.
