A hinge apparatus is provided to remove a fixing member for fixing a housing and a hinge shaft by integrally forming the housing and the hinge shaft, thereby reducing the number of assemblers and the cost. A housing(110) is combined with a fixing member. In the housing(110), a hinge shaft(114), of which one end is fixed in the center of an internal bottom of the housing(110) and the other end is projected to the outside of an entrance side of the housing(110), is integrally formed. A compression spring(120) is inserted into the housing(110), and inserted into the hinge shaft(114). One end of the compression spring(120) is contacted with the internal bottom of the housing(110). A cam member(130) is inserted around the entrance side within the housing(110). One side of the cam member(130) is contacted with the other end of the compression spring(120). In the outer circumference of the other side of the cam member(130), the first cam surface is formed. The cam member(130) moves in an axis direction within the housing(110) by compression given to the first cam surface.
