摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making dried powdery vegetable into ultrafine particles comprising making dried powdery vegetable processed by a conventional processing method even into nanometer-size ultrafine ones so as to improve efficiency in absorption of the vegetable to the human body. <P>SOLUTION: The method for making dried powdery vegetable into ultrafine particles comprises the following process: making dried powdery vegetable processed by the conventional processing method into ultrafine particles by pulverization to obtain fine-grain powdery vegetable particles followed by adding the powdery vegetable particles to electrolytic reduction water containing no chlorine, having &le;200 mV of oxidation-reduction potential and containing active hydrogen; stirring them to be mixed; regulating the mixture solution to obtain fluid substance; feeding the fluid substance to an ultra-micronizer under pressure; eliminating active oxygen generated in the ultra-micronization process due to active hydrogen in the electrolytic reduction water; making the whole of the powdery vegetable particles even into nanometer-size ultrafine ones to be crushed so as to extract the active ingredient from the ultra-micronized powdery vegetable particles into the fluid substance followed by drying the fluid substance as dried powdery vegetables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
