The system has a passive frequency separating filter (FW), which separates amplified audio signals into low, medium and high audio frequency ranges. A frequency range optimized loudspeaker chassis (CW) converts frequency part into sound. An additional speaker (CS) includes a power amplifier (V2) for operation of the speaker and an active filter for separating the audio signal into two frequency parts. The additional speaker is acoustically coupled with the first loudspeaker (CW) and functions as a passive diaphragm.
