PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of an microarray capable of discharging solution including a specific bonding substance to a living body related substance accurately in a specified concentration range, while confirming its concentration. SOLUTION: The solution including a plurality of mutually different kinds or of the same kind of known specific bonding substance of to the living body related substance is dispensed onto a microplate 3. The concentration of the solution is confirmed at least once by the absorbance of the solution measured by a spectrophotometer 5, and after re-preparing solution having a normal concentration instead of a solution wherein a concentration abnormality is recognized, or after adjusting the concentration of the solution wherein the concentration abnormality is recognized into a normal range, the solution is supplied onto a prescribed position of a carrier 2 by a discharge part 1.
