PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the secondary damage caused by an erroneously detected output by detecting the damage of a 1st DC power source. SOLUTION: The switching means 104 provided on the current path ranging from the 1st DC power source 100 to the thermistor 101, and the voltage detection circuit 111 for detecting the voltage of the thermistor 101 receiving the power supply from the 2nd DC power source 114 which has a voltage lower than the 1st DC power source 100. When the voltage of the 1st DC power source 100 comes out of a prescribed range, in the OFF interval of switching means 104, abnormality is detected while receiving the voltage out of the prescribed range, consequently the erroneous detection is prevented.
