The device has a shaft (2) with a shaft axis (X), and a support (4) with a support wall (43) for supporting the shaft. An inner clamping unit (6) lies axially-parallel to the shaft within the support wall. An outer clamping unit (5) is arranged between the inner clamping unit and support wall. The clamping units twist the shaft and the wall with each other in a rotation-firm manner, and have conical tapering inner and outer walls. An independent claim is also included for a method of fastening a shaft in a support of a solid actuator-drive device.
