A system for forming a virtual city in the Internet is provided to form a virtual town or city in the Internet by selecting a user space in virtual space according to free will of each user and forming human relation with other users. A selecting part enables the user to select the virtual space of the user in the Internet. An information sharing part shares a part of information with the neighboring users simultaneously with selection of the virtual space. A part enables the user to share a more part of the information according to continuous relation maintenance with the neighboring users in the virtual space. |
