<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable cleat that facilitates arranging and supporting of a cable. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of protective pipes 4 are arranged side by side in the axial direction and fixed on a wall surface 2. A separated portions 6 is structured with an interval between neighboring protective pipes 4a, 4b. Power cables 5 are passed through the protective pipes 4. A portion, exposed from the separated portion 6, is surrounded by a rubber member 8. A wall-side member 9 is fixed on the wall surface 2. A gripping member 7 consisting of a pair of members 7a, 7b is arranged so as to pinch the rubber member 8. A cover member 10 is arranged so as to cover the gripping member 7 from the front side. The gripping member 7 is pinched and pressed, by fastening the wall-side member 9 and the cover member 10 with a fastening bolt 14.
