A hairline polishing machine is provided to generate products uniformly polished of hairlines on the surface by keeping tension of a polishing belt, to simply replace the polishing belt and simply release tension of the polishing belt, and to uniformly abrade the whole polishing belt by changing polished position of an object often. A hairline polishing machine(1) comprises a front-and-back moving frame(6) transferring objects(10) forward and backward to contact the object on a polishing belt(4); a transfer rail(17) engaged at the lower side of the front-and-back moving frame to slide; a fixer(7) mounted at the moving frame to fix the objects and adjusted up and down by an up-down moving cylinder(8) installed at the lower side to contact the object on the polishing belt; a polishing frame(2) installed at the upper side of the object to support a rotary roller(3) on both ends, which supports and rotates the polishing belt; and a tension roller fixer(16) installed at the upper side of the polishing frame to support a tension roller(11) fitted at the upper side of the rotated polishing belt to rotate the polishing belt about the tension roller as an apex of a triangle. |
