[PROBLEMS] Conventional jigs for electronic part firing when used for a prolonged period of time exhibit drawbacks, such as exfoliation of zirconia surface layer. Even if any performance deterioration is not observed in short-period use, it has been often that reaction between zirconia surface layer and electronic part is induced by long-period use with the result that the life duration of jig for electronic part firing is shortened. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a jig for electronic part firing comprising a zirconia surface layer whose composition is appropriately set up so as to be stable irrespective of long-period use. For example, the amount of calcia is set so as to fall within the range of 4 to 15 wt.% based on the whole amount of zirconia surface layer composed of zirconia particles and a partially fused binder. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007 |
