A ceramic tile mold is provided to produce image intaglio and relief tiles by using ceramic materials without using a release agent and to permanently store the tiles. An intaglio and relief pattern punch plate(13) draws out tiles without a release agent and realistically expresses image pictures, traditional patterns, and the persons' noses, lips, heads, ears, and wrinkles on image intaglio and relief pattern ceramic tiles(14). An exchangeable pocket punch(3) and an exchangeable insert die determine the outline shape of the image intaglio and relief pattern ceramic tile in a square, circle, or hexagon form. A complex regulating valve die(4) functions as a pocket die of the exchangeable insert die to discharge the residual of the ceramic materials in pressurizing, to control pressure, and to determine the outline shape of the tile. A stripper plate(16) and an ejector pin(15) are installed at a die holder(5) to prevent deformation of the image intaglio and relief pattern ceramic tiles in drawing out the tiles, to keep the original form of the tile in drying the tile, and to discharge the tiles through the upper side by a die cushion. |
