A plastic panel for a sound insulation fence is provided to insulate noise efficiently by inserting a filler in a cavity of the plastic panel, to prevent overturn by increasing assembling force of the panel with a fitting member, and to keep fixing force by doubly fitting and assembling the panels with a clamp and a fixing unit. A plastic panel comprises a panel body(10), a side assembling member(20), and a cover assembling member(50). A sound insulation cavity(12) is formed between front and rear parts of the panel body, and divided by longitudinally extending plural partitions(14). The side assembling member is composed of a left assembling member(32) having a left fitting assembling part(34) protruded outward, a left fitting part(36) and a left inclined part(38), and a right assembling member(42) having a right fitting assembling part(44), a right fitting part(46) and a right inclined part(48). The cover assembling member is perpendicularly bent and spaced from the side assembling member, and a fitting groove(52) is extended longitudinally in an upper bent part of the cover assembling member.
