PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator which is capable of producing mist without unevenness by easing the pulsating of mist generated by intermittent action of a pump to supply a liquid for mist. SOLUTION: The mist generator is provided with a liquid for mist supply conduit 7 through which the liquid for mist is supplied from the pump to conduct the intermittent action and a liquid discharge part to discharge the liquid for mist in order to generate mist, wherein a throttle part 9 is installed in the liquid for mist supply conduit 7. For example, a tapered hole 8 is formed in the liquid for mist supply conduit and a tapered pin 9 having a connection passage is inserted therein. The pulsating by supplying the liquid for mist is eased, the liquid for mist is gently discharged from the liquid discharge part and the mist generation without unevenness is possible. When the tapered pin is used, the throttle part is easily obtained by inserting the tapered pin into the tapered hole, and the fitting and the removal are easy. If the outer peripheral surface of the tapered pin has the connection passage, the throttle action can be adjusted by the position adjustment of the insertion pushing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
