A luggage box assembly is provided to shield a gap formed between a back seat and a luggage box regardless of the rotation of the back seat. A luggage box assembly(10) comprises a luggage box(11) and a luggage box cover(21). The luggage box is interposed between a back seat and a pair of luggage side trims of a vehicle, and includes an article accommodation unit(13) and an inlet/outlet unit for entry/exit of articles into/from the article accommodation unit. The luggage box cover is coupled to the luggage box so as to open/close the inlet/outlet unit. The luggage box cover includes a cover body(23), a shielding unit(25), and an elastic member. The cover body opens/closes the inlet/outlet unit. The shielding unit has a folding portion(27) which is folded in accordance with the rotation of the back seat. The shielding unit is extended from one end of the cover body so that the shielding unit shields the space formed between the back seat and the luggage box. The elastic member has one end supported at the cover body and the other end supported at the shielding unit. The elastic member provides elastic force to the shielding unit in such a manner that the shielding unit tightly contacts the back seat of the vehicle.
