PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition having enhanced conductive property, particularly conductivity of the composition without impairing a usable time or rheology by adding a metal salt of an organic acid to the conductive resin composition containing a resin and a conductive filler. SOLUTION: The conductive resin composition contains a resin, a conductive filler and a metal salt of an organic acid except for a metal salt of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid. The resin composition having the enhanced conductivity is commercially suitable for a semiconductor package industry, particularly for a use in which the conductivity of high level is required.
