PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material of a suede leather-like sheet, having such mechanical characteristics as to be enough endurable when used as a car sheet, an interior trim, athletic shoes, etc., and further having light weight and flexibility. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet is structured so that a polymer elastic body is contained in an entangled sheet which is formed by integrally entangling a web of ultrafine fibers each having a fineness of≤0.5 dtex with a woven or knitted fabric, wherein the woven or knitted fabric is composed of hollow fibers each having 5 or more cavities and a single fiber fineness of≤6 dtex.
