PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a 3-substituted aminocyclic amine derivative in a high yield/high purity safely and inexpensively. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cyclic amine derivative is provided by treating a compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, (m) is 1, 2, 3 or 4; R1, R3are each independently H or the like; Ar is a substitutable aryl; R2s do not exist or exist by 1 or 2 and are each independently a halogen atom or the like; R4, R5are each independently H or a substitutable alkyl] with a borane-based reducing agent.
