PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing practice apparatus for enabling even a practicing person whose twisting power of the trunk is small to practice swing movement precisely and easily. SOLUTION: The swing practice apparatus 1 has an upper rotary table 21, a lower rotary table 23 which rotate inversely to the upper rotary table 21, a grip up-and-down device 64 provided on the lower rotary table 23, a grip 66 which axially slides in the axial direction of the grip up-and-down device 64, and a base for supporting the upper rotary table 21 and the lower rotary table 23. The apparatus 1 is provided with a rotary table motor 41 constituted so as to be capable of a rotating speed or rotation torque of the upper rotary table 21 with respect to the lower rotary table 23.
